Modifications, so anyone can benefit from these movements
Tips to prepare for delivery

Everyone can benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy, but this guide was designed specifically for those during pregnancy.

At V Strong, we use our signature RSC method to help patients reset their systems, strengthen their bodies, and return to an active lifestyle with confidence.
We also offer our specialized birth prep program for mommas to be! Throughout your pregnancy, we focus on deep core engagement, getting strong, and staying mobile before honing in on birth preparation techniques.
Our birth prep program includes:
Labor positions & breathing practice
Pelvic mobility stretches
Inversions to release uterine ligaments
Perenial massage
Core & full body strengthening exercises
Pelvic realignment
Manual uterine ligament release
Pushing technique prep
We also allow the option of bringing your partner in, so they can understand how to help with perineal massage and labor positions, but it’s not required. This specific birth prep program is not offered at in-network providers and has been proven to help so many pregnant women feel more confident and physically ready going into their birth.
As soon as you are able to! Starting as soon as you can will have the most benefits, as you're being proactive instead of reactive.
We know that the first trimester can be rough, when you are feeling better and able to move comfortably, come in.
